By creating an account or using the iLo app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
The iLo app provides:
Food Delivery from partnered restaurants.
MinSmart Grocery Delivery (fresh groceries, meat, and seafood).
Shopping Services from partnered stores.
Booking Services (tickets, appointments, etc. – as available).
Other online services introduced in future updates.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental guidance to use iLo.
You are responsible for maintaining account security (login details, OTPs, etc.).
All information provided (address, payment details, etc.) must be accurate.
Misuse of the app (fraud, fake orders, abuse of service) may lead to account suspension.
Order confirmation is subject to availability at the restaurant/store.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational delays.
Once an order is placed, cancellation is subject to restaurant/store policy.
You must be available at the delivery location at the committed time.
All prices listed on iLo are set by partner restaurants, stores, or service providers.
Prices may vary by location, availability, and offers.
Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, wallets, or cash on delivery (where available).
In case of payment failure but order not confirmed, refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Refunds will be handled as per the iLo Refund Policy. Please check our Refund Policy section inside the app/website for details.
Promotional offers, iLo Credits, and coupons are subject to specific terms.
iLo reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers at any time without prior notice.
iLo acts as a platform connecting users with restaurants, stores, and service providers.
iLo is not responsible for food preparation, product quality, hygiene, or service delays caused by third parties.
Our liability is limited to refunding amounts as per our Refund Policy.
You agree not to:
Use the app for unlawful purposes.
Create multiple fake accounts for offers or misuse.
Interfere with app security or attempt unauthorized access.
All logos, trademarks, and content on iLo are owned by ILO CONNECT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse our branding without permission.
By using iLo, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may share necessary details with restaurants, delivery partners, or service providers for fulfilling your order.
iLo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms & Conditions.
Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
Misuse offers, coupons, or services.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on the app/website. Continued use of iLo means you accept the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
